Quality Policy

At Centro de Servicios Alcántara (CSA) we have been dedicated to the Administration of Fincas since 1984, this activity being the most important line of our work, carrying out an integral and proactive management of the Finca and taking into account every aspect involved in the development of a community.
We have extensive experience in the sector and we have a very committed, highly qualified and multilingual team, which means that we can provide our services in several languages, such as English, German, Dutch and French, as well as Spanish.

CSA’s management establishes the organization, responsibilities and provides the technical, human and material means necessary to provide the property management service with guaranteed quality.

The organisation’s Quality Policy is based on the following principles.

  • Provide the appropriate working methodology for the correct performance of the work carried out and that complies with all established legal requirements, and other specific commitments relevant to the context of the organization.
  • Motivation and recognition of the people who form part of the company, thus achieving their full involvement in the proper development of all the company’s activities and assuming an awareness of continuous improvement of the efficiency of the system, which helps to minimize errors.
  • To take care at all times of the company’s image through the quality of the services provided.
  • Maintain a continuous and close relationship with the homeowners’ associations, allowing us to respond to any query in less than 24 hours.
  • To achieve continuous improvement in the satisfaction of all stakeholders, especially owners.
  • Provide sufficient means to achieve a low or non-existent delinquency rate in our homeowners’ associations.

To ensure that all these guidelines are carried out, management is personally involved and ensures that the Quality Policy is communicated, understood and implemented at all levels of the organisation and to all interested parties.
